Job Description

As a key player in our team, you will participate in the Global Proctor Program to support new hire classes. Your role is crucial in elevating the learning experience of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management Support
    • Monitor the classroom throughout the day and ensure all new hires are on the same page during facilitation and activities.
    • Check on agents' behavior, including level of engagement and technical concerns.
    • Assist new hires with system issues, camera concerns, and connectivity problems.
    • Minimize interruptions during class.
  • Fill out Daily Event Journal Updates
    • Track system issues, agent attendance issues, and lesson completion updates throughout the day as assigned by the trainer.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Trainer that require administrative support.
  • HR/IT/OPS Coordination
    • Coordinate interactions between HR, IT, and OPS teams with agents.
  • Classroom Visitors and Logistics
    • Coordinate classroom visitors and assist with activity setup.
  • Attendance and Timekeeping
    • Take attendance at the start of class each day and verify new hire class identity through camera.
    • Act as timekeeper of the class.
  • IT Issues and Troubleshooting
    • Help with any IT issues (system not loading, lockouts, ResultsCX or client access issues).
    • Submit IT tickets.
  • Boost Engagement
    • Encourage participation among new hires.
    • Acknowledge correct and incorrect responses.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using personal computers.
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with trainers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work different shifts as required.
