Customer Service Support Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Neksjob team as Customer Service Support representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Handle complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of call center experience
- For those who have completed their second year of college, 6 months of call center experience is required
- International voice or non-voice call center experience is preferred; local experience will not be considered
- Willingness to work on-site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
