Job Title: Customer Service Support

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Neksjob team as Customer Service Support representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Handle complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of call center experience
  • For those who have completed their second year of college, 6 months of call center experience is required
  • International voice or non-voice call center experience is preferred; local experience will not be considered
  • Willingness to work on-site
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
