IGT Solutions Philippines is a leading provider of customer service solutions, and we are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents for Korean Airline Support.
About the Job
This role entails providing exceptional support to customers in need of assistance with airline-related inquiries on social media platforms. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about airline policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in Korean language
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer complaints and feedback
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about airline policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent)
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Korean language
- Good English-speaking skills
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Filipino citizenship
- Experience working in a similar role or industry
Work Environment
You will be working onsite at our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and may be required to work flexible shifts or rotational schedules.
Estimated Salary Range: ₱35,000 - ₱50,000 per month depending on experience.
