About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to join our dynamic team at Flat Planet Philippines, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the IT Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and driving digital transformation initiatives. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and reliable technology solutions

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security, productivity, and user experience

Lead the implementation and maintenance of various software, hardware, and network systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related needs and challenges

Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring they are equipped to utilise technology effectively

Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic upgrades

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive the company's digital transformation

Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in the management or consulting industry

Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting various software, hardware, and network systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practicesA proven track record of leading and mentoring IT teams

Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in managing IT projects
