Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead consultancy projects focused on transforming oil and gas/water clients. This individual will be responsible for driving project delivery, building and mentoring a high-performing team of consultants, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, with experience leading projects in the oil and gas/water space. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to develop innovative solutions, and a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive consultancy projects focused on transforming oil and gas/water clients.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Business Consulting Background: A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in business consulting, with at least part of it being under business consulting.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading projects in the oil and gas/water space.
  • Education: Training in engineering, business administration, or economics is required. An MBA master's degree is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel locally and internationally.
