Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives through structured planning, execution, and effective stakeholder management.

  • End-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and collaboration.
  • Implement agile practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Prepare updates and manage communications with executive stakeholders.
  • Act as primary contact for C-level sponsors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparency.
  • Risk management, issue escalation, and recovery plans.
  • Manage resources and workforce planning across delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Change management, impact analysis, and scope adjustments.
  • Performance monitoring through KPIs, budgets, and risk metrics.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts in designated repositories.
  • Post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, demand management, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and process optimization.
