Regulatory Compliance & Industry Knowledge:
  • Navigate complex accounting standards for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
  • Manage reporting requirements for regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with legal/compliance teams for audits and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain cost accounting aligned with industry standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Partner with department heads across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting in multiple countries.
  • Manage currency translation and hedging for multinational operations.
Systems & Process Improvement:
  • Serve as QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond system administrator and power user.
  • Support ERP integration, internal control improvements, and process documentation.
Strategic Support:
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for complex product cycles.
  • Provide financial input for capital expenditures and equipment acquisition.
