Financial Reporting Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Strong technical accounting skills are required.

  • Responsible for month-end close procedures, including reconciliation and reporting tasks
  • Review and prepare monthly close packages for foreign subsidiaries
  • Prepare monthly Cost Plus JEs, funding, and cash projections
  • Perform daily accounting processes and procedures related to fixed assets, prepaids, payroll, and certain accruals
  • Enter monthly journal entries and perform account analysis for designated balance sheet accounts and operating accounts
  • Review daily bank activities and prepare JEs for bank reconciliations
  • Assist with quarterly reviews and year-end audit procedures with external auditors
  • Support SOX controls and facilitate PBCs for external and internal auditors
  • Prepare monthly BS & P/L Fluxes
  • Provide technical accounting support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine monthly accruals and journal entries, especially relating to closing activities

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.
