Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the implementation of Zoho across our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating our operations to Zoho, including inventory management, customer relationship management, and sales tracking. This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and make a significant impact on our business efficiency.

About You
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  1. Migrate company data and processes to Zoho
  2. Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks
  3. Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy
  4. Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management
