We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Professional to join our sales team in Manila. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and develop tailored sales strategies;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth;
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing;
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
