Remote Sales Development Associate

This role involves sales lead generation, appointment setting, and basic social media activities to support our business development and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and automation platforms like GoHighLevel.

The key responsibilities include generating qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc.), setting appointments and coordinating meetings for the sales team, qualifying potential clients and passing warm leads to closers, managing CRM and lead pipeline using GoHighLevel, handling basic social media tasks such as responding to inquiries, conducting market and client research to support outreach strategies, maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups, collaborating with sales and marketing teams as needed, and delivering results with minimal supervision or administrative support.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a strong advantage
  • Basic experience in social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, independent, trustworthy, and comfortable working with minimal admin support
Benefits:
