Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Outreach Specialist
to join our team and connect with potential clients through telemarketing. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, skilled at initiating conversations, and driven to generate leads that fuel our business growth.

This is a
remote position
open exclusively to candidates based in the
Philippines
.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
  • Adapt scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance.
  • Build and maintain a positive brand image during all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in
    telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales
    (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
