Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare strategic support for debt advisory strategists, including evidence, data, and research.
    • Set up Quickli workflows, prepare broker handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns.
    • Research market trends, compile weekly intelligence reports, coordinate valuations with lenders.
    • Manage timelines, follow-up on disputes and reorders, provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Mortgage industry knowledge: rates, products, lending criteria for Australian market.
    • Credit assessment proficiency: reports, scoring, serviceability calculations.
    • Financial analysis skills: statements, tax returns, complex income structures.
