About the Job

This remote role involves collecting data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone and online inquiries. As a key contributor to our research team, you will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls and offline inquiries according to campaign targets, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Apply knowledge of data research to gather information effectively, analyzing complex data sets with precision.
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document conversations with clarity, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the workplace, meeting project expectations and delivering results-driven outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing, including credit checks and requirements.
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks, following scripts and probing for detailed information.
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy.
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking skills; high attention to detail; comfortable with call recordings and QA scoring.
  • Data entry discipline in a form-based tool/CRM.
