Role Description

FinStrat Management is seeking a skilled financial analyst to join our team as a Senior FP&A professional. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and research to inform business decisions.
  • Develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and sales margin analysis to optimize financial performance.
  • Conduct small-scale projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic planning.
  • Generate forecasts and analyze trends for financial and strategic planning purposes.
  • Create detailed financial models of what-if scenarios to inform future business planning decisions.
  • Provide expert support for pricing and sales initiatives.
  • Interpret complex financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in development and delivery of various reporting packages.
  • Prepare high-quality financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings.
  • Evaluate assignments to ensure quality standards.
  • Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and Controller teams.
  • Communicate key engagement matters to managers and partners.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing prompt and professional responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage data efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems effectively.
  • Able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

Education
