Job Title: Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for dental clinic clients, ensuring they are onboarded smoothly, supported effectively, and provided with accurate and timely information about our products and services.

You will manage client relationships from initial setup through ongoing account management, coordinate with internal teams for dental lab work, and use CRM tools to keep records organized.

This is a remote work position, but shortlisted candidates must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview with the client in BGC, Taguig as part of the hiring process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email. Strong background in customer service or telesales, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or BPO industry is required.

  • Onboard new dental clinic clients and guide them through initial setup and preferences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, responding to inquiries and providing consistent support.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dental lab work.
  • Handle account management tasks including case tracking, design approvals, and quality control follow-ups.
