Seeking a talented Billing Analyst to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless billing processes.

Job Description
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone and chat, resolving their billing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing issues, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage assigned billing cases effectively, analyzing and addressing daily billing discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service oriented positions.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and excellent customer service focus.
  • Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices.
