Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, and to develop and implement process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical support experience: Primarily supporting customers via email and chat.
  • General knowledge of how web-based and mobile apps work.
  • General knowledge and experience of SaaS Products - Software as a Service.
  • Passionate about client satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Metric-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations.
  • Ability to properly understand and convey tone via written communications.
