Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via various channels.

Your primary goal will be to resolve technical and product issues efficiently and effectively, while also guiding users through features with clarity and confidence. You will work closely with internal teams to escalate product feedback, bugs, and blockers in a timely manner.

As a Care Support Expert, you will deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer concerns. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and updating customer-facing documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve support processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B customer support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Comfortable working with complex platforms and support systems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Jira, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
