Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in development institutions, international organizations, private or public institutions, or consultancies, with at least 6 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
