  1. Partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance, IT, HR, and General Services
  2. Assess and elevate people performance across all functions
7. Manage Outsourced Manpower:
  1. Align outsourced staff with our brand, expectations, and values
  2. Ensure integration and consistency in service delivery
Core HR Functions You'll Lead:
  1. Workforce Planning & Recruitment – Job design, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
  2. Employee Relations – Conflict resolution, discipline, and culture building
  3. Training & Development – Training needs analysis, program design, coaching
  4. Compensation & Benefits – Salary structure, payroll, incentives
  5. Organizational Development – Succession planning, change management
  6. Compliance & Policy Management – Labor law compliance, policy development
  7. HR Information Systems – HRIS setup, reporting, analytics
  8. Personnel Administration – Records management, timekeeping, leave tracking
Professional Experience:
  1. 10+ years of HR leadership in Retail Industry
  2. Proven track record in organizational development, recruitment, performance systems, and learning & development
  3. Strong in implementation, process rollout, and project management
  4. Experience managing outsourced manpower and navigating shared service environments
