Position Overview:
As the Senior HRBP Employee Relations, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy by providing strategic HR leadership to ensure effective employee relations practices across the organization. You will partner closely with senior leadership and management teams, act as a trusted advisor, and handle complex employee relations issues while fostering a positive company culture that aligns with our values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace behavior.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach.
  • Lead investigations into employee complaints, concerns, or grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management on managing employee performance and addressing behavioral concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, recommending actions to reduce conflict and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and productivity.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, with a solid focus on employee relations in the retail industry, preferably in beauty & skin care or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance business goals with employee well-being.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
