As the Senior HR Generalist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources (Philippines), and provide operational HR support to managers and employees within the assigned country. This role plays a pivotal part in implementing our people initiatives, delivering exceptional internal client support, and driving HR functional excellence while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
What You Will Do- Provide dedicated support, guidance, and coaching to multiple managers and employees focusing on HR operational tasks and day-to-day HR administrative roles.
- Benefits Administration: Address employee concerns related to benefits, claims, and hospitalization; liaise with insurance providers and manage statutory and company-initiated benefits.
- Timekeeping & Payroll: Collaborate with the Payroll Team to process payroll and resolve escalated timekeeping and payroll issues.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Manage the HR Ticketing System, maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, and generate reports on HR metrics.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition for smooth recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Organize employee engagement activities and guide employees and managers on policies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate HR communications across time zones to support local and regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the high-tech sector.
- Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
- A people-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, local employment legislation, and regulations.
- Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in metrics and fact-based decision-making.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
