- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide informed support.
- High school diploma required; relevant experience preferred.
- Courteous and friendly communication style.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
