We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of our partner brands in the skilled trades. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency. Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams. Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, call center, or support experience with a focus on solutions and customer experience. They possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working with technology tools like CRMs, VoIP, and scheduling systems.
