Lead Customer Support Team

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of assigned agents to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to team members to help them succeed.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with your team to promote growth and success.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
  • A proven background in e-commerce customer service, with knowledge of tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in the US PST Time Zone.
