This is a leadership role for an experienced professional seeking to elevate customer support teams.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve the performance of assigned agents to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to team members to help them succeed.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with your team to promote growth and success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
- A proven background in e-commerce customer service, with knowledge of tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in the US PST Time Zone.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader who can motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.
