We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Professional. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring customers receive comprehensive support.
  • Analyse product functionality and identify user errors, working closely with seniors to implement solutions and enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough triage of customer support issues, assigning tasks to the appropriate teams or resolving them directly where possible.
  • Evaluate and escalate bugs or product concerns as necessary, in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Utilize various channels (email, chat, phone) to engage with customers, understand organisational workflows, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal tools, investigating tickets, and referencing customer interactions to meet service level agreements.
