Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to assist with the day-to-day management of furniture deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Sending order confirmation emails to customers outlining delivery or pick-up expectations.
  • Delivery Updates: Liaising with customers to provide clear, timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinating and creating a weekly logistics spreadsheet for interstate deliveries.
  • Dispatch and Tracking: Working closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Pre-Orders and Deliveries: Assisting with pre-orders by tracking expected arrival times and scheduling deliveries accordingly.
  • Delivery Follow-Up: Tracking, monitoring, and following up on deliveries to ensure timely completion.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support related to logistics and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and professional customer emails.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
  • Spreadsheets: Comfortable using spreadsheets for delivery coordination.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
