Technical Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our IT team as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.
This role requires a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of customer-centric solutions by working closely with multiple teams and customers.
- Coordinate installations of Voice and Data services while building knowledge of products and understanding end-to-end processes.
- Continually seek ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to solve them.
- Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams.
Core Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking
- 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT
- Hands-on experience in routing and switching
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
Complementary Competencies:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment
- Effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word), PowerPoint, and Visio
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree
Work Conditions
- Work from Home
- Night Shift (9PM – 6AM)
- Amenability to working on weekends if needed
