  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure fast, reliable support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
