As a key member of our car rental team, we are seeking a highly skilled Remote Administrative/Customer Service Representative to join us in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This remote position offers the flexibility and opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with claims processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including tolls and parking tickets.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred (1 year).
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus (1 year).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new software and systems.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ideal hardware specifications include i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Minimum Internet speed of 20MBPs, wired only.
  • Antivirus Software installation, activation, and regular updates.
  • Backup Internet available.
