Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Previous call center experience (1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset.
