
Remote Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote products or services to customers
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure consistency in customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Previous call center experience (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
