Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone
  2. Responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  3. Using Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  4. Staying informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
