Job Overview
This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a global business process outsourcing (BPO) company that offers services to clients in many industries. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must be a permanent resident in the Philippines.
- High school graduates are welcome to apply, with a minimum of one year's experience in a BPO environment, preferably with six months' experience in sales.
- Aged 21 to 40 years old, with average to good communication skills.
- Must reside within Metro Manila, with flexibility to work at either the Ortigas or McKinley site.
- Ability to work on dayshift and midshift schedules.

Benefits and Working Set-up
This role will be working onsite at our facilities, Monday to Friday.
