Financial Business Partner

The purpose of this role is to lead strategic financial planning and analysis, providing forward-looking business support.

This involves evaluating complex financial data and influencing decision-making by offering solutions, providing challenge and navigating processes on behalf of senior stakeholders. Additionally, the role is responsible for producing timely management information, including financial performance analysis and translating data into decision-relevant insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Interact closely with key stakeholders for reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various functions.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing financial data, performing data entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating as needed.
  • Align with the broader finance business partnering and planning teams.
  • Prepare and maintain budgeting and forecasting tools for assigned lines of business.
  • Prepare regular reports, recommendations, and interpretations to leadership based on financial and operating data and variances in the budget.
  • Maintain an efficient process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the financial analysis of feasibility and benefits realised from initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a business-facing client support role.
  • Management accounting experience, preferably with certifications as an accountant.
