Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop business objectives and directions.
  • Audit and Tax Compliance: Ensure that financial statements comply with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations.
  • Team Management: Supervise the accounting team and ensure effective performance and development.
  • SAP Implementation: Work closely with external partners to effectively manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and support.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, keen attention to detail as well as experience with ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective team leader with the ability to organize and execute when under demanding conditions.
  • Integrity and Ethics are essential to this role.
  • Education & Licenses: CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Allowance / Additional Benefits (if any): Statutory benefits; 13th month, generous leave credits (15VL + 15 SL); sick leave is convertible to cash if unutilized.
  • Work Setup (WFH/Hybrid/On-site): Hybrid; employees can work from anywhere at any time, but are expected to attend meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Work Schedule: Mon to Friday, but employees should be on call for urgent needs on weekend and holidays.
