Strategic Financial Leadership Position

This is a highly analytical and strategic leadership role that oversees the delivery of client engagements related to budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals in delivering high-quality financial reports, dashboards, simulations, and analyses aligned with client objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Reporting Excellence: Develop and deliver accurate financial reports, dashboards, simulations, and analyses aligned with client objectives.
  2. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise a team of finance professionals, set clear goals and expectations, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to service quality.
  3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive enhancements in financial delivery systems through technology adoption, process improvements, and operational innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Business Management.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is a strong advantage.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5–8 people.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
