Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner

This role involves leading financial planning and budget analysis, providing insightful and forward-looking business partnering support. The purpose is to evaluate complex financial data and influence investment decision-making by offering solutions and navigating processes on behalf of senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with key senior leaders for reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various shared services functions.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing financial data, performing complex data entry, verifying accuracy, and collaborating with senior leadership as needed.
  • Align with the broader finance business partnering and planning teams.
  • Prepare and maintain the budgeting and forecasting tool for assigned lines of business.
  • Prepare regular reports, recommendations, and interpretations to leadership based on financial and operating data and variances in the plan.
  • Maintain an efficient process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the financial analysis of project feasibility and benefits realized from key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have moderate relevant experience, preferably with a background in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Insurance experience is an advantage. The candidate should possess certifications as an accountant and strong analytical thinking skills.
