Duties and Responsibilities
  1. We prepare comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
  2. We facilitate the preparation of capital expenditures and operating expenses to support business objectives.
  3. We collaborate with departments to set up plan and budget requirements, control measures, and procedures.
  4. We support, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives.
  5. We conduct regular operations reviews and prepare financial reports and analytics, including monthly data packages.
  6. We identify opportunities to reduce costs and keep expenditures within targets.
  7. We stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and technology impacts on the business.
  8. We handle financial implications of new products, services, and business models proactively.
  9. We ensure operating expenses, capital expenditures, and manpower costs stay within budget, with proper processes and policies in place.
  10. We maintain controls on marketing spending.
  11. We implement budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines.
  12. We verify the accuracy and compliance of budget data.
  13. We monitor budget usage regularly and prepare management reports on variances.
  14. We manage project budgets, including adjustments and supplemental funding.
  15. We provide guidance on budgets and policies to other divisions to ensure compliance.
  16. We coordinate with finance on product costing information.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous managerial experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management, Finance, or Business.
