The Senior Officer for Strategic Planning and Alignment will oversee strategic planning, communication, and project management across RAFI. This role will work closely with leaders and teams to develop Balanced Scorecards, implement strategies, and track progress. It requires strong skills in strategic management, digital tools, and handling complex projects. This role will monitor and report on strategic initiatives to ensure they align with RAFI's mission and improve over time. This is a strategic, dynamic role that calls for creativity, innovation, organization, and adaptability to new data and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

  • Professional certifications in strategy management, Balanced Scorecard, or project management preferred.

  • At least 5 years' experience in strategic planning, Balanced Scorecard development, strategy communication, project management, or tech-driven organizational development; non-profit experience is an advantage.
