Optimize Operational Processes

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies that meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Streamline workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity, negotiating carrier rates and managing relationships with logistics partners.
- Establish and implement new operations systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record in inventory management and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and growth.
