Job Title: Operations and Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operations and Process Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in creating order, building systems, and executing tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as Zapier, Slack, and Shopify, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure tools such as Slack and help desk software.
  • Set up and manage automation workflows (e.g., Zapier).
  • Recommend and implement systems that improve efficiency and solve operational challenges.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Build dashboards that integrate data from Shopify and other platforms.
  • Create reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and staff productivity.
Operational Support:
  • Execute project-based operational tasks as assigned.
  • Take ownership of administrative and organizational needs that arise.
  • Act as a reliable partner to free up leadership's time by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with recruitment workflows such as posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project support.
  • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Slack, and Shopify (preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones (flexible schedule).
