About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing and coordinating procurement activities for facilities-related goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet facilities-related needs.
  2. Source and procure goods and services, including building materials, equipment, and maintenance services.
  3. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
  4. Manage inventory levels and track stock levels of facilities-related supplies.
  5. Analyze procurement spend and identify areas for cost savings.
  6. Vendor selection, evaluation, and onboarding; performance management and vendor risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Facilities Management background required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work onsite in Taguig City.
  • Available to start immediately.
