Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting in the management of rental properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and efficient property performance.

This position requires a proactive, organized professional who can balance administrative, operational, and marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling tenant communications, vendor coordination, and property marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in property management software and digital marketing tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Tenant Onboarding: Prepare lease agreements and manage rental insurance requirements.
  • Tenant Communications: Oversee lease management for long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and manage marketing initiatives, including online listings and advertisements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and housekeeping staff to ensure rental units meet company standards.
  • Rental Performance Tracking: Administer property management software and track rental performance.
  • Financial Administration: Collaborate with accounting to process invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software and digital marketing tools.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
