Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using accounting software to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership review.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.">
    • Proven experience in property accounting.">
      • Extensive hands-on experience with property management software (required).
      • Strong accounting software skills with proven track record of accurate bookkeeping.
      • In-depth understanding of property financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.

      • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
