Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
