Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.

  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and order management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office 365, and experience with CRM systems.
