We are seeking Collections Representatives who are persuasive, professional, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements and settlements, updating account information and payment statuses, following up on broken promises and missed payments, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, maintaining detailed records of all collection activities, and meeting or exceeding daily and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service

The ideal candidate must also be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to background and drug screening checks.

Work Environment

The position operates in a professional office environment. Employees may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
