Lead Collections Operations Specialist

The primary purpose is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of collections and recoveries performance by providing timely and accurate intelligence and analysis. The job holder will oversee the department's systems and software, including databases and reportorial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of Collections Systems
- Management of MI Reports
- Development and Implementation of Policies and Strategies
- Coordination of Collections Training
- Quality Control Assurance
- Back Office Function Management
- 8-13 years of experience working with collections statistical data; at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in IT, programming (e.g., SAS, SQL, VB, Sybase) and other call center technologies is an advantage
- Experience with automated collection systems (e.g., Cardlink, CACS) and predictive dialers (e.g., Aspect UIP and ALM) is advantageous
- Broad understanding of credit card business segments and ability to relate unit operations and performance metrics to the overall business
