Job Title: Strategic Dynamics Platform Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the strategic direction of our Dynamics platform, driving growth and innovation in the field.

  1. Platform Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Dynamics platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  2. Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies to drive technical excellence and innovation.
  3. Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
  4. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, presenting our Dynamics capabilities and building confidence in our solutions.
  5. Industry Representation: Represent our organisation publicly through conferences, online platforms, and industry events, strengthening our reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Industry Engagement: Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly.
Work Conditions:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to support executive functions.
